Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will prioritise workload and handle resources efficiently to meet Lab KPIs.
• Guarantee consistent compliance with all quality, regulatory and legal needs such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accreditation, and GLP.
• Discuss with Quality to record and close non-conformities and CAPAs in suitable time frames.
• The ideal candidate will engage with business developments and collaborate with the business systems and commercial teams.
• Manage software updated and future LIMs changes, plan for, assist and monitor testing of these changes.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in an analytical chemistry, toxicology, pharmacology or corresponding.
• Past experience working within a lab, analysing drugs using immunoassays and LCMS/MS, and comprehending the affiliated data.
• Familiarity working within a regulated setting, ideally ISO 17025.
• Commercially aware.
• Acquaintance with planning and distributing lab projects.
• Previous involvement in handling a budget would be ideal.
• A background in a leadership and management role.
