Hobson Prior are looking for a Junior Clinical Project Manager to join a biopharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis, working with a Senior PM. Our client is focused on developing specific therapies that harness the immune system to destroy cancer cells.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will play a pivotal role in the Clinical Operations team, assisting with leading clinical studies.
• Represent as an expert in your therapy area.
• Serve as a close partner to the study physicians, assisted with the co-ordination of a research team and holding accountability for projects.
• You will have key relationships with internal stakeholders within the clinical project team, as well as externally with KOLs, investigators and external service providers.
• Assist with the protocol writing and strategy in conjunction with other key members of the project team.
• Assist with the creation and review of patient consent forms.
• Closely support the Senior project manager with the delivery of components of clinical trials and overall efficient day-to-day clinical trial management of studies.
• Assist in study start-up activities including site selection and review of essential regulatory documentation.
• Closely assisting the Senior Project Manager with timeline adherence, trial budgets and project quality deliverables.
• Interact and manage vendors.
• Manage contract requirements.
• Work with the Investigators to ensure that the studies are meeting targets, producing meaningful output and then to predict and plan any changes that warrant requests to changes in protocol, funding or time.
• Complete interim monitoring visits, including site qualification, initiation and close-out.

Requirements:

• Oncology essential and Cell Therapy desirable - early phase.
• Some study management or Lead CRA experience essential.
