Hobson Prior are currently looking for an IT Specialist to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a permanent basis located in Villers-le-Bouillet with hybrid working available.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will conduct installation, configuration, upkeep, and upgrades of windows systems, hardware peripherals and approved software applications.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software for desktops, mobile devices, printers and any other peripherals.
• Offer on-boarding and off-boarding assistance or fulfil specifically linked tasks as requested by management.
• The ideal candidate will develop process or user documentation or instructions when required.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience with Windows 10, Laptop, and Desktop setup.
• Exhibited experience in IT, assisting and troubleshooting windows systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office365, Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware tools, and browsers such as Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.
• Expertise on IT Help Desk ticketing systems.
• A clean driving record and dependable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and French with knowledge in another language would be beneficial.
