Hobson Prior are working alongside a brilliant biotech corporation who are currently looking for an individual to join their team on a contract basis. The opening position is for a Global PV Business Process Leader. Our client is focused on providing life-changing remedies for various illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guarantee substantial contributions from a suitable set of associate personnel throughout the design phase of international procedures and guarantee the process communication and training meets the associate requirements.
• You will include a suitable set of associates in international PV process design, development and upkeep.
• Recognise and raise concerns influencing international PV procedures or possibly influencing various associates when suitable.
• Offer content input to PV process-linked associate communication and training requirements.
• The ideal candidate will partake in the gathering and review of associate feedback, such as after procedure roll-out, and reintegrate for future process improvements.
• Work alongside international process owners to impact international PV processes influencing associate.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• Able to prioritise workload and work on various tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of meeting objectives in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a life science or nature science field, or a healthcare profession qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in PV, clinical research, development, drug safety, quality science or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in associate PV roles or an international role oriented around associate assistance.
• Comprehension of international and associate PV procedures, which involves safety associate roles.
• Acquaintance with process design and process-level oversight, specifically for the procedures mentioned as main focus.
• Know-how of PV, GVP, ICH-GCP and any other pertinent standards and regulations.
• Expertise on medical and safety facets of FDA, EMEA, NICE and any other pertinent guidelines.
• Computer literacy.
