Hobson Prior are looking for a HVAC & Clean Room C&Q Engineer to join an excellent Biotechnology organisation on a permanent basis. Our Client is focused on helping people improve the world's health, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution and approval of commissions, including vendor supervision.
• Installation Qualification execution and approval, including OQ release.
• Performing the operational qualification and approving it, including releasing the handover for PQ.
• Manage HVAC and Cleaning Room CQ activities.
• Assist the CVQ Team in its daily operations.
• Maintain control over relevant systems' activities and schedules.
• Communicate with other departments and manage CVQ resources.
• Meet Health/Safety/Environmental/Quality requirements/procedures
• Ensure the integration of activities and schedules with relevant vendors/providers/contractors, and project automation representatives.
• Take an active part in the development and delivery of deliverables related to the relevant systems.
• Assist in resolving project issues, including maintaining punches and deviations.
• Provide assistance in assessing project risks and evaluating mitigation strategies.

Key Skills

• Ability to maintain a fast-paced work environment by prioritizing and executing tasks.
• Fluent in the English language with written and verbal communication skills.
• German is an advantage but not required.
• Able to work with the least amount of oversight to deliver deliverables within target dates.

Requirements:

• Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in a life science or engineering field.
• A minimum of four years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech CQV activities (Commissioning, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Knowledgeable about HVAC and clean rooms.
• Air balancing, differential pressure regimes, and monitoring experience with HVAC systems
• Testing experience with HEPA
• Monitoring of room temperature and humidity
• Experience preparing and implementing viable and nonviable sample plans.
• An understanding of biopharmaceuticals.
• A thorough understanding of cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
