Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle international HRIS project.
• Responsible for HR project management times, handling timelines and budgets while collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Handle resources as well as shareholders.
• You will prepare and summarise team meetings in minutes.
• Be in line with both meetings and schedules.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a project management role of multifaceted and business crucial technology-centric initiatives.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors execution projects in international organisations would be taken into consideration.
• Acquaintance with using systems and tools for program and project performance reporting to senior business and HR management in an easy-to-read format.
• Knowledge working within both an international and culturally diverse organisation.
• Capable and willing to travel for business needs.
• Comprehension of HR procedures and IT.
• Keen to go the extra mile.
• Competency in recognising, assessing, and managing risks across all project workstreams.
