Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Head of Quality Control to join a fantastic pharmaceutical corporation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on evolving and commercialising inoculations for infectious illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for the investigation and documenting of all developing trends, out of specification and out of trend analytical QC outcomes.
• Offer technical assistance to crucial operational issues and organise technical knowledge where suitable from within QC to assist crucial investigations and technical issues.
• You will keep on top of present regulations, pharmacopoeia monographs and scientific know-how in respect of QC testing needs and strategies.
• Guide and supervise the quality control division and senior QC personnel.
• Partake in the development and upkeep of an enthusiastic, helpful and cooperative setting within the QC team.
• The ideal candidate will organise performance reviews for direct documents. cessation
• Handle regulation and termination of employees rendering to the company policies.
• Any other assigned duties.

• A self-starter with demonstrated skills in efficiently handling QC laboratories.
• Capable of motivating and interacting with a productive workforce.

Requirements:

• Familiarity within a regulated organisation in a QC management role.
• Comprehension of quality control standards and strategies.
• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline or comparable experience.
• Proficiency in EU, FDA and cGMP needs of the production and testing of biopharmaceutical/medical device products within a commercial setting.
• Grasp and know-how of pharmaceutical businesses.
