Hobson Prior is seeking a Head of Operational Marketing for the APAC region (The position can be based in China, Australia or New Zealand). This role involves translating and executing global marketing strategies, working closely with both global and local marketing and sales teams, and maintaining brand standards across all marketing channels in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Establish effective marketing strategies, messaging, and initiatives in alignment with global marketing strategies.
• Act as a liaison between global and local marketing, planning regional marketing calendars, coaching local teams, and ensuring successful product launches and market integrations.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency of brand voice across all marketing channels in the region.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Master's degree with a focus on marketing and 7+ years of experience in field marketing leadership, preferably in an international company.
• Proven experience working in the dental industry.
• Solid understanding of technical, financial, and operational elements of an organization.
• Excellent communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
