Hobson Prior are looking for a Head of Labelling to join a leading biopharmaceutical company on a contract basis in Slough. As the Head of Labelling you will ensure business continuity is maintained whilst looking for efficiencies and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating, maintaining and improving assigned processes.
• Providing dynamic team leadership and personal development.
• Represent as the Subject Matter Expert during audit and inspections.
• Defining the training strategy and potentially providing training to Regulatory Affairs and other departments as appropriate.
• Evolving the role of the labelling group to ensure operational excellence and demonstrable strategic value.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and influencing skills plus proven experience with line management.

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have a Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
• Prior extensive regulatory labelling experience coupled with a proven track record of strategic agility.
• Proven experience with engagement and relationship building within and beyond their current organisation.
