Hobson Prior are currently looking for a QA Associate to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Ireland. Our client is focused on offering risk management and compliance services to various organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for assisting the company with non-conformity recognition, investigation and solution submission.
• Handle the maintenance of the internal audit schedule for the company.
• The ideal candidate will accomplish the QAQs and RFIs when needed.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the A&QA mailbox, allocating tasks in the divisions and raise problems suitably.
• Assist the quality specialist with documentation management when needed.
• You will arrange audits conducted within the organisation or received by the business as designated.
• Help the quality specialist with change management reports and follow-up on actions/meetings when needed.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• A high attention to detail.
• Able to work within a multi-cultural setting.

Requirements:

• It is necessary to have experience with PV QA/GvP
• Know-how of pharmacovigilance and quality management systems and procedures.
• Educated to a degree level in a relevant field.
• Capable of handling various/multifaceted tasks and difficult timelines.
• Know-how of pertinent regulatory standards.
• Capabilities in data gathering and analysis.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Computer literacy.
