Hobson Prior is on the search for a Supply Chain Specialist for a biotechnology company that is dedicated to developing transformative medicines. This role focuses on making sure all supply chain activities are in accordance with regulations, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes and leading continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all supply chain activities follow regulations and standards.
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to develop and enforce quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and lead improvement projects.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven working experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on GMP processes.
• Strong understanding of regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
