Hobson Prior is on the lookout for a Global Strategic Facilities Manager. This role will focus on leading the development of regional and global solutions for optimal access to market facing best practice. The successful candidate will also be responsible for facility management and the engagement and management of external consultants as required on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of regional and global solutions for optimal market access.
• Manage facilities effectively and efficiently.
• Engage and manage external consultants as required on a project basis.
• Lead the implementation of Facility Management portfolio optimisation projects, including service delivery integrated facilities management, lifecycle asset management, digitalisation, and facility operations.

Requirements:

• Membership of a professional body such as IFMA, IWFM, GEFMA, RICS, FMN, FMA etc.
• Experience in major Facility Management projects.
• International experience across cultures and a proven track record of delivering change.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
