Hobson Prior are seeking for a Global PV Operations Manager to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on offering novel and diligent solutions that are synonymous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will supervise the project-specific budgets and changes in scope actions.
  • Contributing to resourcing conversations and work on delivery across operations team.
  • You will report to the managing director in the business.
  • Assist with the growth and development of QPPV/LSO network across international locations as well as the RFI/RFP development and bid defense meetings for the business.
  • Help with the business decisions across all service offerings for the business, as well as help the managing director to develop PV/drug safety function in the group.
  • Serve as a key shareholder for business development, advancement, endurance, and growth.
  • Enable/distribute pharmacovigilance training across the group.
  • You will serve as a PV mentor to all personnel.
  • The ideal candidate will develop competitive pricing models for service offerings.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Expertise on drug safety and the drug development process.
  • Knowledge of and capability to comprehend and implement international safety and any other pertinent guidelines.
  • Familiarity with pharmacovigilance and drug safety as well as reviewing safety data and preparing safety reports.
  • Computer literacy which involves database management as well as pharmacovigilance linked computing systems.
  • Know-how of business operating process such as contract approval, revenues recognition, project close out, etc.
  • Knowledge of accounting, P&L and budget predicting, as well as of excel and formulae creation.
  • Expertise on the company tools.
  • Demonstrable experience in PV in a management role.
  • Prior involvement in drug safety and PV with business development knowledge and practice.
  • Able to provide exemplary references from 4 past employers.
  • Exhibited active member of PV specific associations with a demonstrable role or contribution to specific PV conversations.
