Hobson Prior is seeking a Global PVG Lead to join a pharmaceutical organization. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and quality of pharmaceutical products through effective data review, reporting, and collaboration with vendors. The position offers a hybrid working model with opportunities for both on-site and remote work.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure the quality of outsourced data entry.
• Compile metrics and reconcile data.
• Conduct line listing reviews.
• Support vendor training sessions and meetings.
• Participate in monthly product quality complaint reviews.
• Occasionally review literature (minimal involvement expected).

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Basic understanding of adverse events.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in life sciences or a medical-related field.
• Experience in case processing or pharmacovigilance.
• Skills in technical or medical writing.
• Comfortable navigating resources and finding solutions independently.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Certification in clinical research.
• Experience with safety databases or literature reviews.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid model: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote.
• Full-time preferred, but open to 4-day weeks for strong candidates.
