Hobson Prior are seeking for a Global Infrastructure and Facility Expert to join a pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on developing and producing remedies.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will aid in developing and outline international infrastructure standards to reduce the environmental impact.
• Ensure that standards are compliant with cGxP guidelines and EHS regulations.
• The ideal candidate will develop future method for nee buildings which involves civil works, architecture and fit out.
• Collaborate with the project team who carry out refurbishments and new forms to assure that they are compliant with company standards.
• You will engage with any of the other SMEs in the business to accomplish projects.
• Serve as a main part of the asset management method via the development of fap assessment tools.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with carrying out infrastructure projects such as civil works, architecture and fit out, within a pharmaceutical/biotech organisation working to cGxP standards.
• Previous involvement in improving the sustainability of formed and new build buildings, preferably across industrial buildings.
• Acquaintance with working as an asset owner.
• Know-how of bio safety level needs such as BSL2.
• Expertise on BREEAM and/or LEED.
