Hobson Prior is seeking a Global Implementation Manager - SuccessFactors Time Off to lead the rollout and standardization of a time-off management system across various countries. This role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and establishing a global standard for time-off management. You will start with a proof of concept and expand based on readiness and configuration needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact between business units and IT to gather and analyze needs for the time-off system.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand local policies and compliance requirements.
• Review current processes to find ways to improve and automate them.
• Coordinate with different countries to ensure their needs align with global goals.
• Work with teams to design and test system settings like leave types and approval processes.
• Make sure configurations meet local and global labor laws.
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations about system capabilities.
• Create and run tests to ensure the system works as expected.
• Lead training sessions and help users transition to the new system.
• Support users after the system goes live to ensure smooth adoption.
• Keep detailed records of requirements, tests, and user guides.
• Help set up custom reports and decide which countries to onboard next.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to liaise between business and technical teams.
• Ability to conduct workshops and document requirements clearly.
• Experience in process analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in system testing and user training.
• Ability to manage change and support users post-implementation.
