Hobson Prior are currently looking for a GCP QA Director to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Gosselies. Our client is focused on pioneering the development and findings of differentiated therapeutic areas.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will handle clinical quality concerns which involves audit reports, quality problems/incidents, and CAPA development, collaborate with QA audit team and clinical development.
  • Guide systems supervising and process improvement initiatives that grow regulatory compliance and CQA operating effectiveness.
  • Implement risk-based strategies for the planning and implementation of clinical protocols.
  • Enable the assessment and investigation of quality concerns, by driving root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Comprehend and offer key metric to clinical operations/development team, quality team and cross-functional development team members.
  • Assist with GCP SOP development and serve as a quality operations evaluator.
  • You will serve as a methodical GCP quality resource offering GCP technical guidance suggestions to development teams.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a scientific, nursing or similar field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech organisation with familiarity in a GCP-linked quality assurance role.
  • Know-how of the suitable international GCP guidelines, GCP, ICH regulations.
  • Expertise in the performance and reporting of audits and the translation of discoveries into corrective action plans that mitigate risks to the company, to safety and data integrity.
  • An organised individual with management capabilities.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing to a varied audience, which involves giving presentations.
  • Able to think tactically with a high attention to detail.
  • Works well independently while under minimal supervision.
