Hobson Prior is seeking a Filling Line Keeper for a full-time position located in Visp. This role involves managing a modern, highly automated filling line and ensuring it's always ready for production. The successful candidate will be the go-to person for any issues related to the filling line, both hardware and software. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with automated production systems and is eager to make a significant contribution to the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a highly automated filling line.
• Act as the main point of contact for any issues related to the filling line.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department for any necessary repairs or shutdowns.
• Handle, organise and store format parts.
• Record and evaluate any issues in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
• Prepare and review documentation related to the filling line.
• Support qualification and validation activities at the plant.
• Train production employees on how to use the filling line.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven working history in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a fill-and-finish role.
• Completed training in chemical and pharmaceutical technology or similar technical training.
• Experience in a leadership role is an advantage.
• Strong interest in automated production systems and electronics.
• Knowledge of the operation of small appliances, autoclaves and washing machines as well as compounding.
• Team player who is open to new ideas and can adapt to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
