Hobson Prior are looking for a Facilities Planning Manager to join a biotech organisation on a permanent basis located in Oxford. Our Client is focused on revolutionising cancer solutions.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will organize and schedule all maintenance and calibration activities in the CMMS.
  • Ensure that all facility-related documentation is completed, such as calibration certificates, work orders, etc.
  • Maintain and create CMMS asset information, SOPs, and work records.
  • Establish and maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for all facility utility systems and equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate vendor-related maintenance activities, including contractor safety training and work permits.
  • Prepare service reports and calibration certificates for vendors.
  • Support activities related to Quality Management Systems (audits, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, etc.).

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three GCSEs in Mathematics, English, and/or a science-based subject is required
  • Expertise in GMP and GLP.
  • HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical experience or training is required.
  • HazMat and Lockout/Tagout procedures experience.
