Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Facilities Engineer to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a biotech organisation on a contract basis located in the UK. Our client is focused on developing novel products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will distribute brilliant service to all internal customers to guarantee that the office buildings and equipment is upheld in a safe and effective manner to meet approved specifications.
• The ideal candidate will plan and execute site projects and assist on capital projects.
• Perform continuous improvement and project actions which involves recognising problem areas to guarantee an effective and efficient maintenance service.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to either electrical, mechanical and/or air conditioning qualification.
• Expertise and familiarity with forming services and health and safety needs.
• Capabilities in mechanicals or electricals either through time served apprenticeship or pertinent experience.
