Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on developing solutions that might have the possibility of curing those who suffer from severe illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will provide aid in assuring full compliance with H&S, upholding records and mediating with contractors when needed.
• The ideal candidate will report and track upkeep concerns, mediating with contractors to schedule work.
• You will respond to both maintenance and technical requests from personnel.
• Monitor and escort contractors when needed.
• Produce and issue access passes for personnel.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in facilities.
• Familiarity with handling suppliers.
• Acquaintance within a facilities maintenance/building service position would be advantageous but not necessary.
• Ideally experience within HVAC.
