Expeditor

Hobson Prior are currently looking for an Expeditor to join a fantastic pharmaceutical corporation on a contract basis located in Valais. Our client is focused on facilitating a healthier community.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will handle supplier relationship management, which involves supplier development and sustainability.
• Guarantee that timely escalations are reported to the procurement lead and category managers.
• Offer contributions to the category managers on supplier performance ratings with respect to OTD.
• You will assist engineers/technical leads on expediting crucial supplier documentation which have impact on OTD.
• Any other assigned duties.

• An organised individual with the ability to prioritise workload and arrange various projects simultaneously.
• A high attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the English language.
• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a pertinent role.
• Familiarity within a project management role.
• Acquaintance with CAPEX would be ideal.
• Computer literacy with MS Office such as Excel.
• Able to work on both on-site and in office for business needs.
