Key Responsibilities:

• You will champion diversity, inclusion and a culture of lifelong learning.
• Distribute on all new modalities within R&I TA, which involves assisting with R&I archiving across various modalities.
• Serve as a representative for clinical pharmacology conversations with crucial R&I shareholders and any other divisions, as well as guarantee cooperation with partner functions.
• For this role, you will be responsible for the evaluation/approval of clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics elements for regulatory proposals such as IND, EoPh II, BLA/NDA documents and meetings.
• Guide and develop an international, brilliant team assisting with the R&I portfolio.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level within a clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, pharmaceutics or a similar discipline, or a mixture of a MSc in clinical pharmacology or similar with a PharmD with pertinent work experience will be taken into consideration.
• Acquaintance with respiratory and immunology development such as P1-PIV, which involves expertise on clinical pharmacology implemented into respiratory and immunology.
• Familiarity with regulatory archives.
• Previous involvement within a line management and leadership role of capable, professional scientists.
• Externally identifies as a KOL in clinical pharmacology implemented to clinical pharmacology, as well as a publication record in high-quality and high impact journals.
• At least 14+ years of experience within drug discovery and development would be preferable.
