Hobson Prior are looking for an ERP Supply Chain Specialist to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in Framingham. Our client is focused on revolutionising cancer remedies.

Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Supply Chain Inventory Management processes. Including change control and change management.
- You will be developing user roles and maintains them by adding, changing, removing rights of individuals attached to these roles in the ERP and other applicable vendor systems.
- Designing, maintaining and running reports from to answer specific requests, customer or system problems, and for monthly reporting.
- You will be maintaining and optimizing the Item Master to include GTINs, UNSPCs, Revenue codes and other system or governmental requirements.
- The ERP Supply Chain Specialist for Supply Chain Systems is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading software systems and hardware used in the ordering, delivery, storage and issuing of Supply Chain products and services to support commercial and clinical manufacturing. In addition, the role serves as the subject matter expert in Supply Chain systems as well as maintains exceptional levels of customer service to meet and proactively anticipate the needs of the customer.
- Creates, maintains, and troubleshoots technical, customer and process issues, including but not limited, to Requisitioning, Production Planning, Receiving, Storing, Issuing, Shipping materials and product, as well as traceability of product through 3PL and customers.
- Initiates, collaborates, and advises in brainstorming and road mapping sessions for Supply Chain throughout the manufacturing lifecycle and serves as subject matter expert or project manager as appropriate.
- Collaborates and supports all areas of supply chain for processes, efficiencies, and system needs.
- Designs, collaborates, tests and supports inbound and outbound interfaces with external systems, including, but not limited to, Traceability tools, Clinical ERP, 3PLs, CPOs, CMOs, etc.
- Supports and Maintains EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections with the exchange, vendors, and ERP system Works with external suppliers to implement or resolve any data exchanges or issues.
- Authors and maintains training documents and provides training on demand or at scheduled intervals, including continual education.
- Authors and updates SCM System policies and procedures including process workflows.
- Closes Supply Chain modules for Month End.
- Creates and oversees the Emergency Preparedness Contingency activities for the Supply chain activities in the event the system(s) go down.
- Create and maintain a calendar of events for systems to ensure yearly, quarterly, monthly activities are planned and occur as determined.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or associated field.
- A minimum of 7 - 10+ years' experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
- Capable of translating business requirements and architecture designs into system designs while tracking project activities and progress towards business value realization, while being willing and able to train and mentor supply chain team.
- At least 5 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Oracle Inventory, OPM and Supply Chain to support Manufacturing.
- Expertise in Oracle EBS & SCM Suite of applications - OPM, OPM Quality, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management etc. and understanding of other modules like ASCP, WMS, etc.
- Proficiency in Oracle implementations, Roll Outs, Post implementation support.
- Experience in Oracle EBS implementation methodologies (AIM) across different phases like Business Process Study, Requirement Gathering, As-Is & To-Be Mapping (Solution Design), CRPs, UATs, SITs, build until Go-live.
- Experience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution.
- Solid understanding of delivery methodology and working with teams on the implementation of the SCM solution according to the design/architecture.
- After go-live will support the SCM teams to ensure application supports day to day operations.
