Hobson Prior is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist/Process Engineer for a temporary contract role. This role is perfect for someone who has a background in chemical, biological, process or mechanical engineering and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital environment. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to improve processes and solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in or lead various teams especially those close to production, such as improvement projects.
• Investigate and fix any issues that arise.
• Compile and report results from process engineering activities.
• Train personnel in process knowledge.
• Participate in or lead operational and investment projects.
• Participate in or lead validation and qualification.
• Act as a process technology expert during authority inspections.
• Participate in or lead the introduction of new technologies and products.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A technical or natural science education at university level, or extensive experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, qualification, validation, and knowledge of LEAN and improvement work.
• Experience in training process engineers in EBR.
• Experience with different problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in tech transfer work.
