Hobson Prior is seeking a Process Engineer for an exciting Engineering Support Specialist role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This role involves working on various projects related to the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, conducting investigations, and participating in improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic team of 8-10 process engineers, reporting to the head of process technology.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in cross-functional teams, particularly those close to production, such as improvement projects.
• Investigate deviations in the manufacturing process.
• Contribute to operational and investment projects.
• Assist in the introduction of new technologies and products.
• Conduct risk assessments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A university degree in a technical or natural science field, with a focus on chemistry or biology.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to share knowledge with others and enjoy leading cross-functional groups.
• Comfortable in a proactive and outgoing role that operates in a fast-paced and digital environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, qualification, validation along with knowledge of GMP, LEAN and improvement work is desirable.
• Experience and knowledge of hardware and software for production follow-up are advantageous.
