EHS Specialist

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a EHS Specialist to join a world-wide biopharma organisation focused on improving the lives of patients globally through pioneering medicines. This role will be responsible for the implementation of the FSAP-Program on site.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting a GAP analysis using the monthly questionnaires Facility Self-Assessment Programme.
• Creating action plans (what, who, by when) based on the FSAP-Questionnaires in the SAFE-Eval system.
• To implement the created actions within the given time schedule or checking that the planned actions are implemented.
• Responsible to coordinate EHS activities, actions and programs with external service providers (Siegfried, Bilfinger) on the Chemical park.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swiss legal requirements and local Ordinances.
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Autonomous, with ability to work independently.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Previous work experience in chemical environment.
