Key Responsibilities:

• To guarantee success in and developing healthcare setting with novel training actions, the ideal candidate will enhance sales for capabilities and evolve novel commercial methods.
• Supervise and evaluate business performance of sales team and warrant measures are taken to complete sales, profit, and market share within approved budgets.
• For this role, you will be responsible for outlining crucial value proposition and differentiation of Multaq for HCPs.
• Be in line with the HCP value proposition with the broader shareholder audience, which involves market access, patients medical, regulatory and legal.
• To evolve a solid, distinguisdahed branded HCP message platform, creative campaign, as well as core HCP promotional resources, you will champion, guide and operate cross-functionally.
• You will direct the yearly working and strategic plan development procedure, oriented around HCP method and activation.
• To assist with crucial claims, you will form tactical core claims based on HCP shareholder requirements, and guarantee configuration with clinical program, regulatory tactic and label, as well as real-world data plans.
• Follow and handle program success metrics, which involves, following the criteria and KPIs to instigate working effectiveness.
• The ideal candidate will guide teams with no direct documents.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a business or similar discipline.
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in various marketing leadership positions of greater scope and accountability.
• Able to form, assist and execute company methods.
• Comprehension of commercial planning, launching, and management of products.
• Past involvement in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, and/or any other regulated organisation, specifically the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) analysis process is ideal.
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
