Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Data Acquisition Specialist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a contract basis located in Welwyn Garden City with hybrid or remote working available. Our client is focused on supplying life-changing solutions for various illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will cooperate with other members of the data acquisition group to guarantee data standards are comprehended and clear conveyed to data providers and shareholders.
  • Implement a quality assurance approach and assist in the development, upkeep and oversight of the quality management system.
  • You will serve as a representative for PDSO at both internal and external forums, discussing PDSO responsibilities, deliverables and accomplishments when suitable.
  • Partake in CAPAs based on trend analysis, aberrations and/or audit discoveries.
  • The ideal candidate will offer answers to PV linked queries from data providers which involves international digital channels, within international functions, cooperating when required with IPV to guarantee alignment.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Capable of interacting with new shareholders efficiently.
  • Leadership, management and communication skills both verbally and in writing.

  • Conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Able to make decisions.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a pertinent discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within a field pertinent to pharmacovigilance.
  • Comprehension of the pharmaceutical organisation and of quickly developing customised healthcare setting and ecosystem.
