Hobson Prior is seeking a CSV & IT Compliance professional for a contract role in Switzerland. This position focuses on ensuring that IT systems meet pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining quality systems and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Support and monitor quality systems to maintain GMP compliance.
• Act as a local representative for global IT projects impacting quality.
• Work with teams to qualify IT infrastructure and meet quality expectations.
• Prioritize IT activities that support quality assurance.
• Facilitate discussions on IT topics with business colleagues.
• Translate compliance needs into test conditions and results.
• Collaborate on multiple projects with internal and external groups.
• Use existing standards for design and governance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, or Quality.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and GxP systems.
• Expertise in computer system validation and data integrity.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
