Hobson Prior is seeking a Consumer Executive to join a dynamic team in The Ntherlands. In this role, you will engage with adult consumers, providing tailored advice and information about products within the tobacco channel. You'll focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, answering questions, and maintaining accurate records. This is an active position requiring a proactive approach, regular training, and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized advice and information to adult consumers about products.
• Answer questions and ensure a customer-focused approach.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate administration.
• Stay updated through regular training and meetings.
• Build strong relationships with staff and sales partners.
• Work independently while contributing to team goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Enjoy working with sales targets and helping customers.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in Dutch and basic English (A2-B1 level).
• Valid category B driving license.
• Professional appearance and trustworthy demeanor.
• Available at least two Saturdays per month, preferably four.
• Honest, respectful, and a true team player.
