CRA III (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are looking for a CRA III to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Spain. Our client is focused on providing personalised and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for gathering and examining crucial papers as well as conduct reconciliation of investigator site file.
• Perform pre-study visits, site initiation visits, site supervising visits as well as site closeout visits.
• You will serve as an observational visit leader.
• Offer feedback to management as well as cross-functional study team on any present or possible risks or issues impacting the performance of the clinical trial.
• Partake in site recognition and viability actions.
• Enable site audits as well as audit discovery solutions.
• The ideal candidate might oversee the work of or train more junior CRAs.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Capable of forming/upholding solid relations with sites/colleagues/clients.
• Able to independently make decisions.
• High capacity to resolve issues.
• Ability to train and motivate others.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a nursing life science or medical science discipline, or comparable work experience.
• Familiarity within a clinical research associate role.
• Fluency in English with knowledge in the hose country language.
• Know-how of European clinical research guidelines and ICH-GCP.
• Acquaintance with various therapeutic areas with the ability to obtain exhaustive protocol know-how.
• Prior involvement working within a CRO.
• Competent with CTMS, eTMF IXRS and EDC systems.
• Proficiency with clinical trial planning and metrics management.
