Hobson Prior are seeking a CPM/Senior to join a fantastic CRO on permanent basis located in London with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on assisting their clients within the biotech industry in patent life.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible with guiding and handling multi-functional project teams.
• Handle multifaceted, international, multi-centre clinical research projects in numerous therapeutic fields.
• You will be accountable for training, guiding and teaching team members who join the organisation.
• Manage the distribution of clinical research projects within budget, rendering to high quality standards in a timely fashion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all project materials.
• The ideal candidate will attend bid defense meetings, contribute to the development of submissions and client presentations.

Key Skills:

• Communication skills with the ability to give presentations and client services.
• Capable of deliberating and forming associations with personnel at all levels of the organisation.
• Able to work well in a team environment as well as be organised and handle material assignment.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science or receive education, training and past involvement similar to the degree level.
• Familiarity with clinical research.
• Experience in a global project management role within Phases II and III projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in an international clinical project management role, which involves handling all project's stages, from start to finish, as well as all functional services.
• Supplier management experience.
• Acquaintance with oncology, and/or MS, IBD, haemophilia, any other rare disease, infectious diseases.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Computer literacy in MS office applications which involves MS projects.
