Hobson Prior are recruiting for a Country Study Specialist to join a multinational healthcare company at their offices in Hertfordshire. As the Country Study Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical trial oversight to local study teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver essential operational co-ordination and support to Country Study Managers and Local Study Teams.
• Complete/coordinate protocol and site level feasibility activities including evaluation of patient population and final site selection, as required.
• Proactive study communication with investigators, site staff and Local Study Teams, as required.
• Manage shared study area/s according to the company's standards.
• Develop and maintain operational templates and tools based on the needs of assigned studies.
• Proactive contribution to clinical trial activities, including safety and drug supply co-ordination to support efficient trial management.
• Responsible for oversight of study-related supplies.
• Support CSM(s) as required with circulation of site recruitment plans and site activation/closure plans.
• Ensure appropriate tracking systems and tools are in place to ensure compliance to regulations, internal policies, ICH-GCP and GPP.
• Accountable for the co-ordination and oversight of local affiliate study level audit / inspection audit action plan activities, as required.
• Responsible for timely review and management of clinical trial information, as required, including safety information relevant to CCC to ensure compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with local study team members and study site staff.

Requirements:

• Clinical operations experience (preferable senior CRA, 3 years+ experience).
