Hobson Prior are looking for an Corporate Strategy Associate to join a brilliant pharmaceutical company on a contract basis, located in Philadelphia, United States. Our Client is focused on providing quality medicines to patients and their families through the development, manufacture and commercialisation of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the planning and execution of corporate strategy.
• Assist in the formulation of practical strategic plans for setting the direction of the organization.
• Assist in the coordination and management of internal and external resources, to ensure that strategy and projects are successfully implemented from the initiation stage through completion.
• Facilitate strategic and tactical discussions across businesses and functions.
• Provide support for the assessment of existing and new business opportunities.
• Ensure that project management activities are completed on time and on budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Work closely with all functional leaders to support the development of the 5Y strategic planning process.
• Ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives and strategic goals.
• Contribute to the development and execution of key global and regional growth initiatives.
• Support the organization's analytical needs on an ongoing basis.
• You may be required to perform any other reasonable duties compatible with your experience and competencies in addition to the above duties and responsibilities. As business requirements change, this description may need to be revised from time to time.

Requirements:

• Previous Pharma experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong mathematical skills and a high level of accuracy are required.
• Solving problems in a logical and methodical manner.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
