Hobson Prior is seeking a Construction Site Manager for a global pharmaceutical company with operations in over 20 countries. This role will focus on managing technical and engineering aspects of construction sites, particularly in the areas of oncology, cardiovascular, and diabetes. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact on the construction site for technical building services issues, liaising between users, external companies, general planners, and contractors as needed.
• Independently organise and implement inspections, acceptances, construction, and planning meetings.
• Independently plan, control, and monitor appointments as well as work on cost and supplementary management.
• Ensure compliance with construction site regulations in consultation with the safety coordinator and handle construction site correspondence (e.g. when reporting concerns).

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a technical profession or a completed technical degree, or a comparable qualification in technical building services or plant engineering is desirable.
• Strong knowledge in the field of technical building services (HVAC).
• Excellent command of spoken and written German.
