Hobson Prior is seeking a Compliance Engineer to ensure that products, systems, and processes meet all relevant regulations and standards. This role involves maintaining documentation, assessing risks, preparing for audits, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all engineering work meets local, national, and international regulations and standards.
- Keep accurate records of engineering activities, including test reports and certifications.
- Identify and address potential risks and compliance issues.
- Prepare for and participate in audits, addressing any non-compliance issues.
- Develop and implement quality control processes.
- Work closely with engineering and other departments to ensure compliance.
- Plan and conduct tests to verify that designs and products meet required standards.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary improvements.
- Train and educate teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Provide regular reports on compliance status and audit findings.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with maintenance and quality management systems is a plus.
