Hobson Prior are currently working with a leading biotech organisation who are currently seeking a communication consultant to support a large-scale program on a contract basis in Basel.

Job Responsibilities:

Build the communication plan.

Define the project branding.

Identify key stakeholder and groups.

Assess the stakeholder engagement and monitor it throughout the project execution.

Drive the communication, including reaching out to the key stakeholders/groups.

Develop a SharePoint site for the project.

Publish a regular newsletter to keep stakeholders/groups informed of project progress.

Publish promotional material.

Key Skills:

Quick learner, motivated self-starter.

Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.

Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English being essential.


Educated to a minimum of University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

At least 8-10 years work experience, at least 5 years of which are within Pharmaceutical companies.

Some flexibility in working hours will be required.
