Hobson Prior are currently looking for a CMC Project Lead - Analytical to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on permanent basis. Our client is focused on freeing the world from hurt.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guide international CMC drug development projects from profiling to regulatory approval and transfer to commercial manufacturing in a fully outsourced environment.
• Monitor the external implication of CMC drug development and manufacturing actions.
• Outline specifications for drug products, drug substance, excipients, starting materials, and raw materials in line with the CMC program team and in compliance with regulatory needs and internal policies.
• Guide scientific conversations on analytical development with external service providers and internal shareholders.
• Outline targets and method for CMC drug development focusing on analytical development connected actions.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a chemistry or pharmacy field.
• Demonstrable experience within the technical development of novel pharmaceutical products.
• A background in analytical strategy development and validation, preferably for both drug substance and drug product.
