Hobson Prior are currently looking for a CMC Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Surrey. Our client is focused on treating multifaceted and life-threatening illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will assist with setting CMC budgets and guarantee adherence to this budget throughout the financial year.
• Offer due diligence assistance for in- and out-licensing products.
• Assure projects are delivered aligned with all pertinent guidelines, to budget, business needs, and in a timely manner.
• Recognise, examine and execute new providers into the company's outsourced supply chain.
• Collaborate with legal to discuss and execute new contracts to add value to the company portfolio.
• Gather and/or support regulatory in gathering CMC sections of all regulatory archiving.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Able to resolve issues.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• A tactical thinker.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level with a technical background.
• At least 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical development and manufacturing environment.
• At least 5+ years of experience handling vendors.
• Comprehension of cGMP, quality and regulatory needs for clinical and commercial resources.
• Capable of handling outsourced production and analytical contactors.
• Able to handle CMOs with discussion and influencing abilities.
• Comprehension of analysing multifaceted data.
