Clinical Trial Leader

Hobson Prior are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join a brilliant corporation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on creating healthier communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for guiding one, or a few clinical trials in the Clinical R&D Operations CoE, in addition to developing solid, productive associations with associates across the corporation.
• Attend to clinical trial implementations as an acting trial leader.
• Responsible for quality, compliance with guidelines and company protocols, deadlines and budgets for allocated clinical trials.
• To implement company promoted clinical trials for the Medical Device Franchises under supervision, you will act as a clinical trials leader in the Clinical R&D CoE Operations group.
• The ideal candidate will possibly assist with the organisation of large regulated or multifaceted trials under management of CTM or Senior CTM.
• Accountable for quality, compliance with regulations and company procedures, timelines, and budgets for assigned clinical trials.
• When required, resolve issues with assistance from Clinical Management throughout clinical trial implementation, as well as seek direction for more multifaceted issues.
• You will act as a member of clinical trial/study core team and might act as the mediator to Clinical R&D Franchise and Clinical R&D BSDM for projects under the candidate's tasks.
• For this role, you will be accountable for handling operational actions of allocated clinical studies in the Clinical R&D Operations faction.
• Act as a main point of contact for clinical trial sites.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level within a pertinent discipline such as life science, physical science, nursing or biological science.
• At least 2-4 years of applicable experience.
• Prior involvement in a clinical trial management role or something similar.
• Suitable industry qualifications such as CCRA, RAC, CDE.
• A background in clinical or medical.
• Familiarity with medical device.
• Comprehension of good clinical applications.
• Interpretation and implementation of guidelines and standards executed in clinical zones/provinces.
• Eager to develop one's self and others.
• Follows company's rules and regulations as well as core values.
