Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Trial Data Analyst to support the planning and execution of clinical trials with a focus on data-driven strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring trials are effectively set up and meet their goals by developing tools and databases for data analysis and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct clinical trials using data-driven methods.
• Develop tools and databases to collect and analyze trial data.
• Communicate insights to study teams in an understandable way.
• Use strategic thinking to ensure trials meet objectives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in data science, engineering, computer science, statistics, or machine learning, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in clinical trial operations, including design and analytics.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to model complex scenarios and analyze multiple variables.
• Familiarity with real-world data like Medical Claims and Electronic Health Records.
