Clinical Trial Assistant

Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to join a drug discovery and development company who concentrates on developing antibody-based drugs for the treatment of inflammatory diseases, immune-related disorders and cancer. This is a permanent position based in Basel.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will maintain the communicate with study team members to confirm timely and correct communication of study information.
• You will maintain study and site level tracking of key deliverables.
• You will support the implementation of the newest Trial Master File and confirm correct documentation is filed according with GCP and company SOPs.
• In conjunction with study team members, establish and maintain GCP archiving.
• In this role you will offer support to the budget activities and contract management.
• You will organize meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Review and collect essential documents for clinical studies as needed.
• Participate in review of study documents, organize their collection and distribution.
• Literature research and dissemination of results.
• Other activities as required.

• To be able to prioritise numerous tasks, work under pressure, and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English with excellent drafting and communication skills is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with clinical trial processes and documentation are required, among which some working experience in Clinical Research, in either the pharmaceutical or CRO industries is required.
• Educated in a university degree or equivalent in health sciences, nursing or pharmacy or related field is required.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP is required.
