Hobson Prior are currently working with a Regulatory and Clinical Research Organisation who are seeking a Clinical Trial Administrator to mainly focus on the early phase (I). This opportunity will be on a permanent basis located in St Ives, Cambridge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Uphold good working relationships with colleagues and to enable a team spirit within the company.
• Maintain good professional relationships with all external parties in contact with the organisation, including clients, suppliers, consultants and clinical trial investigators.
• Maintain and promote the reputation of the organisation as an ethical and expert consultancy company.
• Maintain the confidentiality of clinical trial subjects, client and other company information.
• Contribute ideas on matters affecting the running of the company.
• Maintain an awareness of the business of the company and of all ongoing projects.
• To be organised in the planning of personal workload.
• You will ensure that personal development is maintained through continuous training assessment.
• Maintain technical expertise when needed.
• To be conversant with company Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

• ETMF experience would be admirable.
• Some industry experience would be ideal.
• CRO experience would be admirable.
• VIVA experience would be admirable.
