Clinical Trial Administrator

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Beerse. Our client is focused on producing a healthier world.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will assist with the ongoing use of (1) CTMS by upholding and tracking pertinent actions.
• Offer safety documentation to any other functional groups in assistance of safety committee meetings when requested.
• Support the logistics for investigator meetings/expert panel meetings, etc.
• Contribute to process improvement actions connected to (1) CTMS/vTMF within the division.
• Produce/deliver regulatory binders and we-ink signed documents binder.
• The ideal candidate will support in offering internal communication of important clinical data and events.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• A high attention to detail.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• An organised individual.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a relevant field.
• Prior involvement in clinical research would be advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative assistance role or corresponding.
• A background in clinical/medical.
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
