Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Supply Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the entire clinical supply chain activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of clinical supplies. You will be the main point of contact for various stakeholders and will be responsible for managing the packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical trial material for global clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate supply chain vendors and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage the delivery of clinical supplies.
• Manage the packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical trial material.
• Generate supply/demand scenarios and implement them using analytical techniques.
• Solve problems and resolve issues involving technical, quality, regulatory, and operational aspects.
• Support the development and oversight of Interactive Response Technology (IRT).
• Manage information regarding the global use of investigational material in clinical studies.
• Work as a key member of the Clinical and Project team to address logistical and regulatory issues.
• Translate strategic objectives into plans for team execution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Clinical, cross-functional program teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Understanding of end-to-end clinical supply chain activities.
• Ability to develop forecasts and supply plans for investigational products.
• Experience with IRT systems.
• Ability to interpret and present data clearly and effectively.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to build positive relationships.
• Effective collaborator who can bring together multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, complex, and regulated environment.
