Hobson Prior is hiring a Clinical Supply Associate for a contract position with our client. You'll help manage the timely delivery of clinical trial materials in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage temperature issues affecting trial materials.
• Organize and check electronic documents.
• Test digital systems to ensure they work properly.
• Assist in buying and delivering external products.
• Ensure all documents are ready for inspections according to global standards.
• Coordinate testing requests for trial materials.
• Handle product quality complaints and deviations.
• Use supply chain systems to support flexible work methods.
• Improve supply chain processes through problem-solving and standardization.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in science or supply chain management.
• Ability to think critically under pressure.
• Interest in supply chain management.
• Good with digital systems and interested in AI.
• Enjoys process-oriented tasks with a focus on customer/patient needs.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to quality.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and math skills.
