Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Development Scientist to join a Clinical Development team. This role is crucial in the development of innovative therapies for diseases with large unmet medical need. The successful candidates focus will be on oncology, specifically CAR-T cell-therapy, a transformative treatment of different types of cancer.

Responsibilities:

• Design smart study designs in different phases of clinical development.
• Play a key role in writing study protocols, developing statistical analysis plans, cleaning data, interpreting study results for data-driven decision making and writing clinical study reports.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data Management and Translational Science as well as other stakeholders to ensure the right data is collected with the right study set up and the right analysis performed.
• Help with the development of a clinical program with novel CAR-T therapies in various indications towards clinical trials and regulatory approval.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Master's degree or PhD in (Bio-)Medical or life sciences.
• Previous experience in Hemato-oncology is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the development of phases I-III.
• Work strongly in a team with the ability to deliver in a demanding environment.
• Good organisational skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills both towards team members within the company and towards external contacts.
• You must be located in Leiden, Netherlands or Basel, Switzerland.
• Self-driven and can-do mindset, without compromising quality and compliance.
• Good interpersonal skills along with written and spoken fluency in English.
