Clinical Research Study Leader

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Research Study Leader to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on providing life-changing remedies for various illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guarantee that all adverse events are reported and that any serious adverse events are processed and documented rendering to present SOPs.
• Evaluates study data listings for precision, inconsistencies, and formatting via the study and prior to inclusion in regulatory documentation and clinical documents.
• The ideal candidate may offer assistance and training to any other CRSLs.
• Offer routine updates when suitable to crucial shareholders.
• Ensure consistency and standards across a study or studies for all investigational sites and aligned with project standards.
• To guarantee that studies are performed to suitable levels of quality.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• Leadership abilities.
• Past involvement working within a matrix setting.
• Works well in a flat hierarchical team.

Requirements:

• At least 7 - 8 years of experience in study management with tasks such as planning, risk mitigation strategies, trial budgets, site selection, clinical supplies management, sample management, conduct and monitoring of clinical studies.
• Educated to a degree level in a life science field.
• Familiarity with international study management.
• Acquaintance working within a pharmaceutical establishment ideally or a CRO.
• Familiarity working in early phases of clinical trials.
• Knowledge in NS, Infection and Oncology.
