Clinical Research Associate Multiple Levels (hybrid)

Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Research Associate at multiple levels to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis located in Rome/Milan with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on transforming the lives of those who are suffering from chronic and critical illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will perform remote supervising and accomplish connected actions rendering to the study specific monitoring plan.
• Contribute to and finalise all common and study specific training when needed.
• You will serve as the main point of contract for CRO allocated study sites.
• Support or supervise study start-up actions, which involves feasibility, pre-study actions and site selection.
• Gather, evaluate and track necessary/regulatory papers.
• Conduct site management actions as well as offer current updates on site status to Clinical Project Manager.
• The ideal candidate will guarantee that suitable storage, dispensation and responsibility of all investigational product and trial-linked resources.
• Produce and execute subject enrolment methods for allocated study sites.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a health discipline, such as nursing, pharmacy, or health/natural science, or at least a 3-year nursing diploma with at least various years if experience in a clinical nursing role, or comparable work experience as defined by CRO management and human resources.
• Several years of experience in a clinical trial monitoring role or similar experience.
• A valid certification as an Italian CRA.
• Familiarity with performing clinical research studies within a hospital, pharmaceutical or CRA environment.
• Fluency in both the English and Italian languages.
